Submit your event through the Calendar of Events.
If you have made a room reservation for an event or submitted an event to the Calendar of Events, it will appear in Falcon Daily.

Use this form ONLY for a General Announcement such as health alerts, administrative notices, or information regarding departmental moves and other non-calendar items.

About Falcon Daily:

  • Falcon Daily is distributed each school day to all faculty and staff during the 9:00 a.m. hour. It serves to inform campus faculty and staff of university activities.
  • UW-River Falls Faculty and Staff are required to receive Falcon Daily Messages in their Campus email.
  • Non-campus staff and community members may subscribe or unsubscribe to the falcon daily mailing list .
  • SPECIAL NOTE: The deadline for submission of an item to Falcon Daily is 4 p.m. the day before publication. We will try to include an item that is submitted late, but there is no guarantee it will get in.
  • Excused absences, grant information, graduate exams, and retention notices are posted to the Academic-Affairs list and are NOT included in Falcon Daily
