| Pata Earns Patriot Employer Award Oct. 29, 2009
UW-River Falls Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, Carmen Pata, has been presented the Patriot Employer award by the Employer Support of the
Guard and Reserve organization.
This award is given to
supportive managers and supervisors who show appreciation of their military-member employee.
Pata received a Department of Defense Certificate of Appreciation and a Patriot lapel pin.
2009 UW-River Falls health & human performance graduate, Sergeant Jason
Anderson, Company D of the 128th Infantry Group, nominated Pata. He
worked as an assistant strength & conditioning coach during the 2008-09
academic year. Sgt Anderson is currently on active duty in Iraq.
